What is the TITAN On-Demand?

TITAN On-Demand is a new, efficient way to access our in-store products through a touchless delivery service.

How do I order?

  1. Join the TITAN Viber Community through this link. You may also send an e-mail to [email protected]. A product catalogue will be available in these channels to view our product selection.
  2. Send an e-mail to [email protected] or a direct message to TITAN on Viber to check the availability of your desired product and its size. If the product is available, you will be asked to fill out an order form.
  3. You will receive an Invoice with the details of your order. Payment via bank transfer will be required for your order to push through. Make sure to send us back the proof of payment via Viber to receive the Payment Confirmation form.
  4. Our representative and courier will notify you once your order has been shipped and is on its way.
  5. Your order will be with you within 2-3 weekdays.

How much is the delivery fee?

A fixed delivery fee of PHP 200 will be charged on top of the order you purchased.

How long will it take for me to get my order after placing it successfully?

Order fulfillment for TITAN On-Demand will take 2-3 business days.

How is this different from ordering at TITAN22.COM or the TITAN App?

The TITAN On-Demand will have a different selection of products that you may choose from. Your order will come from a TITAN retail store, if it is available there.

What happens if I don’t get my order within 2-3 business days?

Order fulfillment will take 2-3 business days. In the case that you do not receive your order within the given timeline, you may contact our representatives through Viber or e-mail once again to ask for order updates and follow-ups.

What happens if I fail to pay for my order within the given time?

Once the invoice has been sent, the customer is given until 5PM to pay for their orders. Unpaid orders by end of operating hours will be forfeited. The customer may inquire through Viber or e-mail if he or she intends to make a purchase again.

How much time am I given to pay upon confirming my order?

Customers will be given until end of operating hours to pay for their orders. Operating hours will be from Monday to Friday, 11AM – 5PM.

What payment options do I have?

Payments may be made through Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO & Metrobank) or GCash.

Can I still change size/product or cancel my order while it is in transit?

Once the order has been paid, changes or cancelations may not be processed. Returns/ Exchange will be accommodated. For the return/exchange policy, you may refer to the Product Return Policy sent to you by our representative.

Can you deliver to all areas?

Purchases made via Viber or e-mail can only be delivered within Metro Manila. For purchases made via Facebook (TITAN Basketball Outlet) only areas in within Laguna will be covered.
