How do I place an order online?

1. Start shopping by browsing through the catalog and clicking on a product to be redirected to its page for more details.

2. Product details, additional photos, sizing, and available options can be found on the product page. Click the “Size” button to see the available sizes of the selected product and input the desired quantity for ordering. You can also change the quantity of your order from this page, after that click on "Add to Cart" button to add it to your shopping cart.

3. After adding to cart, a pop-up will appear, with options to continue shopping or to proceed to checkout.

  • By clicking “Continue Shopping”, the pop-up message will close and go back to the current product page.
  • By clicking “Proceed to Checkout”, the page will be redirected to the Checkout page.

4. To view and edit the items inside the cart, click the shopping cart icon seen in the upper right corner of the page.

5. To use a special promo code or store credit voucher, proceed to the Shopping Cart page, click “Apply Discount Code” and enter the code:

  • If the Discount Code consists of a free gift with purchase, a notification above the list of items in the cart will show up with a link to redeem the free gift.

6. By clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button, you will be transferred to the Checkout page where you’ll be required to input your contact details and delivery information.

Delivery details, shipping methods, payment methods and the order summary can be seen in this page. Customer details including the shipping address will be required to be filled up in the Checkout page to place and order.

7. It is highly encouraged for the customer to review all inputted details. Once done, click “Place Order” to complete the order.

8. Once the order has been placed, an invoice consisting of the order details and delivery schedule/tracking number will be sent to the inputted email address.

What is your return and exchange policy?

  • All items sold in TITAN22.COM go through quality control procedures. Every item is thoroughly inspected before, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage.
  • Items returned to TITAN22.COM will be processed within 7-10 business days from the time the package is received by the aCommerce warehouse. A dated sales invoice is required to process the claim. Sales Invoice must include valid date, name or style number of product and purchase price.
  • Upon completion of the inspection process, a TITAN22.COM representative will provide the results of the product claim through mobile and/or email.

Guidelines for Product Returns for Material and Workmanship Flaw

  • Any product returned must have been purchased from TITAN22.COM only.
  • It is recommended to insure the return shipment as the customer is under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until aCommerce receives the package. In case of dispute, it is also recommended for the customer to retain proof of sending.
  • A dated sales invoice must be returned with the product claim to receive inspection.
  • Returns do not include shipping postage. If order is refused, the customer will be charged for all shipping, delivery and storage incurred.
  • All returned merchandise must be in original condition.

  • Any footwear returns that arrive more than 2 years after the manufacturing date (found on the tag inside of the shoe) will be returned without inspection.

Inspections and Store Credit Redemption

  • If the product is deemed to have a material or manufacturing flaw, Store Credit voucher for the suggested retail value of that product will be issued, to be used at TITAN22.COM only.
  • Products that DO NOT pass TITAN's inspection process will either be returned to the customer with an explanation, or donated to Nike's Reuse-A-Shoe program (determined by the consumer when the claim is set up). For the safety of the employees, original shipping boxes and other packaging materials will be recycled and not reused on returned products.
  • Denied product that is returned back to TITAN under a new product claim will be recycled without compensation.
  • If a Store Credit is issued, the returned items will be recycled.
  • Store Credit may be redeemed through Titan22.com only.
  • Store Credit are nontransferable and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Store Credit cannot be used to purchase TITAN Gift Cards.
  • Store Credit value will equal TITAN's suggested retail price of the item/s returned.
  • Upon Store Credit redemption, the order total will include the price of the product(s), any applicable sales tax, and shipping charges. If the order total exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid for by cash or credit card or any online payment gateway.
  • TITAN reserves the right to suspend or cancel any issued Store Credit vouchers that are associated with a violation of its policies. TITAN reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review vouchers and orders for suspected fraud, or for vouchers mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination. In addition, TITAN reserves the right to void any Store Credit Vouchers and/or recycle products associated with previous fraudulent or abuse of the claim process.

Policy for Product Exchanges and Refunds

  • Items should be returned unused, and with all TITAN22.com and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
  • Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, hang tags, dust bags should be included with the return.
  • All items returned should have a sales invoice to ease the process. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
  • Defective or damaged items will be replaced by titan22.com without any further cost to the buyer. titan22.com will evaluate each case to certify that the items in question are truly defective.
  • Items that were bought on Sale or any form of promotional discount cannot be returned nor exchanged.

Can I exchange an item for a different item?

Items may be exchanged within seven days of the receipt of the item with other items for sale in TITAN22.com. The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the buyer.

Can I return items bought on Sale?

Unfortunately, items bought on Sale cannot be returned nor exchanged.

When will I receive a refund for returned items?

Processing of the refund may take 1 to 2 weeks from the time the item being returned is received by aCommerce. The original shipping fee will not be refunded and the shipping fee for the item to be returned to aCommerce will be shouldered by the buyer.

Shipping and Store Pickup Policy

How do you ship your orders??

The shipping courier varies depending on the shipping location. TITAN22.COM’s fulfillment partner, aCommerce uses a variety of couriers, namely aCommerce PH, Logistikus, Inc. and Del Asia for deliveries within Metro Manila, and 2GO and LBC for provincial deliveries.

Where do you ship your items to?

TITAN22.COM can ship almost anywhere nationwide via different couriers.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates vary depending on the number of items as well as the shipping location. Shipping cost be seen when viewing the Shopping Cart.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The shipping time for an order depends on the shipping address and the items ordered. Generally, if the shipping location is within Metro Manila it will arrive within 3-5 days and for provincial orders, 5-7 days.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided via email or SMS once the order has been dispatched to the courier.

What is the difference between the Actual Weight and Volumetric Weight in the Shipping Options section?

Actual Weight is the real weight of the product, it is the weight that appears when the product is placed on a weighing scale.

Volumetric Weight is the weight of the product with its dimensions considered in a certain calculation. A certain product may be very light to carry but is a bit bulky, or a certain product may be very small but is very heavy

The Actual Weight and the Volumetric Weight is used to calculate the cost of shipping. The higher value of the two is taken and is used in the shipping calculation.

Orders over PHP3500 are eligible for free shipping.

Starting October 1, 2018, orders must amount to a total of PHP 5,000 or more to avail of the free shipping nationwide

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

TITAN22.COM offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from the distribution center with aCommerce.

Please note that items inside the shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

LIMITED RELEASES/QUICK STRIKE ITEMS

Special rules and guidelines may be implemented on high-demand and limited releases to give the general public equal and fair chances to buy.

One pair per customer rule will be strictly implemented and only credit card payments will be accepted for instant confirmation on the made orders

  • First come, first served policy (this will be based on the timestamp of the order).
  • A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours about your size and shoe allocation.
  • All orders confirmed will be shipped out on the next Business day.
  • All confirmed orders that was canceled due to size allocation will be processed for refund on the next Business day.

PRICING POLICY

Prices shown on the Site are in PHP (₱, Philippine Peso) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The PHP (₱, Philippine Peso) price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error.

Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.

Customers purchasing from TITAN22.COM will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs applicable only.

If the credit card used by the customer is not denominated in PHP or USD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day the credit card company processes the transaction.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive an email acknowledging the details of the order. This email is NOT an acceptance of the order, just a confirmation that it has been received.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and titan22.com will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in the Philippines where our operation center is located and the language of the contract is English.
