TITAN Updates on COVID-19

With the recent developments related to the community quarantine, directives to operate in minimized workforces have been set in place. To ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees, we will continue to operate within the local government guidelines and offer new processes to observe social distancing in our stores.



Can I still order online?

Yes, orders will still be accepted during the period of the community quarantine. However, deliveries may take longer to reach you due to the various local government restrictions set in place. You will be updated when your order is on its way.

How do I cancel my pending order?

Order cancellation requests will be processed by sending an email to sales@titan22.com.

Please include your Order Number along with your request to cancel and process a refund.

Can I get a refund for my returned orders?

Store credit will be issued to customers who decide to return their orders.

Refunds will only be given for returned damaged or undelivered products and may take up to 15 banking days to reflect in your billing statement as it may vary depending on your issuing bank.

Processing of store credit and/or refund will only be done once the item has been received by the warehouse.

Can I return items bought on sale?

Unfortunately, items bought on Sale cannot be returned nor exchanged.


What are the payment methods available?

Credit/debit cards via 2C2P, GCash and PayMaya will be accepted. Amount will be charged as soon as the order has been placed.

Will Cash On Delivery (COD) be available?
To minimize unnecessary interactions between the customers and couriers, COD will remain to be suspended until further notice.


When will I receive my order?

  • Within Metro Manila: 5-7 business days
  • Within Luzon, outside Metro Manila: 7-10 business days
  • Visayas and Mindanao: 10-20 business days

However, due to the various community guidelines implemented by local government units, delivery may take longer than usual.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a separate e-mail for your tracking number you can use on this link once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.


How do I return the product?

All orders made online, shall be delivered back to the aCommerce warehouse for product returns. To process a return, please e-mail sales@titan22.com.

Can I visit the store anytime?

Yes, however a maximum capacity rule will be followed at all times. For a hassle-free visit, you may book a time slot in advance through this link.

What are the safety measures being implemented in the store?

To ensure the safety of our customers and staff members, everyone will be required to wear a mask to enter the store.

Customers and staff members are also required to have their temperatures checked and use the disinfectant stomp mat upon entry to the store.

If the temperature is at 37 °C or higher, he/she will not be allowed to enter the store and will be guided to the building clinic for further examination.

Store staff members will have the authority to ask customers to exit the store if they don’t follow the guidelines implemented.

The health and safety of our colleagues and the wider community has always been our first priority.

We have been working hard to build on many existing safety measures in our warehouse and our retail stores. We have enhanced these even further to safeguard the well-being of everyone while still following government guidelines to maximize protection.

In agreement with all individuals involved, as well as on the advice of relevant health authorities, we have welcomed back a reduced number of staff, and will be keeping the situation under constant review to progress.

All warehouse and store teams will benefit from the following health and safety measures, newly introduced to safeguard them as we resume operations:

  • Social distancing respected throughout the designated sites.
  • Temperature-control checks upon entry.
  • Increased cleaning and disinfecting equipment.
  • PPE, including masks, gloves and sanitizers.
  • Reduction in the number of people working on every shift to maximize social distancing.
