Celebrating the model’s 20th anniversary this year, the Air Jordan XIII is releasing in a very special, sought-after colorway. The ‘History of Flight’ XIII comes in a dominant white upper with red details and black laces, representing the city of Chicago. It also features the XIII’s unique sole and the iconic hologram found on the ankle of the shoe. Part of the Air Jordan History of Flight collection revealed back in 2009, the sneaker is releasing to the public for the first time.

From the unveiling of the History of Flight collection in the World Basketball Festival 2009, the selection continued to draw attention despite it not being available for retail. The collection remained behind the display glass, which was again showcased in the Air Jordan XX9 release in 2014. Out of all the models in the collection, the XIII will be the first one to finally get its official release.

The Air Jordan XIII ‘History of Flight’ is set to release this July 22, after nearly a decade of wait. Stay tuned to @titan_22 on Instagram and Titan 22 on Facebook for more details and information on the release.
