How do I place an order online?

1. Start shopping by browsing through our catalog and clicking on a product that you want to order.

2. You can see the product details, fit and sizing, and available options on the product page. You can also change the quantity of your order from this page, after that click on "Add to Cart" button to add it to your shopping cart.

3. On your shopping cart page, you can remove a product by checking the tickbox under "Remove Column", then clicking on the "Update Cart" button. You can also continue shopping and add more products on your shopping cart by clicking on "Continue Shopping" button. You can also view the estimated shipping price, or to compute the final shipping price, please login. Finally, if you want to checkout and pay for your product/s, click on the "Checkout" button.

4. If you click on "Checkout" button, you will be transferred to either the Login page or if you're signed-in already, to the Delivery Information page.

Login Page - Just sign-in using your email and password if you have account with us already or if you're a new customer to titan22.com, click on "Create Account" button. It's FREE.

Delivery Information Page - Check the shipping address and if you want to change it click on the "change address" button. After that, select the best rate to your shipping address and then click on the "Continue" button.

5. You will then reach the payment information page. Here, you can do the following:

  • If you have a Gift Certificate Balance with us, click on the "tickbox" where it says "Check to use GC Account Balance"
  • Select your payment option by clicking on the "tickbox" of your preferred payment. We support Major Credit Cards, Paypal, BancNet ATMs and Direct Bank Deposit
  • If you have any special instructions you can add a comment on this page.
  • If everything is in order, click on "Continue" button.

6. Finally, after confirming that everything is in order, click on the "tickbox" that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of titan22.com, then click on "Confirm Order".

7. You will now be redirected to your choice of payment and will be instructed on how to pay for your orders. For instructions on how to use your Credit Card, Paypal, BancNet ATM and/or Bank Deposit. Please refer to our payment guide.

8. After payment, you will receive an email about your order and delivery schedule/tracking number.

What is your return and exchange policy?

  • All items sold in titan22.com goes through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage. Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all our orders with care, we think you will be extremely satisfied with your purchase.
  • For items returned to Titan22.com, your product will be processed within 7-10 business days from the time we receive the package. A dated sales invoice is required to process the claim. Sales Invoice must include valid date, name or style number of product and purchase price.
  • Upon completion of the inspection process, a Titan22.com representative will contact you by phone and email to advise you of the results of your product claim.

Guidelines for Product Returns for Material and Workmanship Flaw

  • Any product returned must have been purchased from Titan22.com Web Store.
  • We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our operations center. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.
  • A dated sales invoice must be returned with the product claim to receive inspection.
  • Returns do not include shipping postage. If you refuse the order, you will be charged for all shipping, delivery and storage incurred.
  • All returned merchandise must be in original condition.
  • No Counterfeit Products.
  • Nike+ Basketball, Nike+ Training and Adidas miCoach enabled footwear and electronics have a specific written warranty and return policy. Please review these details for proper assistance.

If your claim is approved, we will issue you a product replacement (same or comparable style) OR a Store Credit at the sole discretion of TITAN. Product replacement OR Store Credit will be delivered to you within 5 working days from the time a TITAN representative contacts you.

The following WILL NOT be accepted:

  • Any footwear returns that arrive more than 2 years after the manufacturing date (found on the tag inside of the shoe) will be returned without inspection.
  • Products TITAN determines in its sole discretion to be free of any material or workmanship flaws.
  • Products evidencing excessive wear, misuse or alteration.
  • Products that do not have an accompanying dated sales invoice.
  • Salesman samples or Promotional products.
  • Product with the labels removed.

Inspections and Store Credit Redemption

  • If your product is deemed to have a material or manufacturing flaw, you will receive a Store Credit for the suggested retail value of that product, to be used at Titan22.com only.
  • Footwear that DOES NOT pass TITAN's inspection process will either be returned with an explanation, or donated to Nike's Reuse-A-Shoe program (determined by the consumer when the claim is set up). For the safety of our employees, original shipping boxes and other packaging materials will be recycled and not reused on returned products.
  • Denied product that is returned back to TITAN under a new product claim will be recycled without compensation.
  • If a Store Credit is issued, the returned items will be recycled.
  • Store Credit may be redeemed through Titan22.com only.
  • Store Credit are nontransferable and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Store Credit cannot be used to purchase TITAN Gift Cards.
  • Store Credit value will equal TITAN's suggested retail price of the item returned.
  • Upon Store Credit redemption, the order total includes the price of the product(s), any applicable sales tax, and shipping charges. If the order total exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid for by cash or credit card or any online payment gateway.
  • TITAN reserves the right to suspend or cancel any issued Store Credit vouchers that are associated with a violation of its policies. TITAN reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review vouchers and orders for suspected fraud, or for vouchers mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination. In addition, TITAN reserves the right to void any Store Credit Vouchers and/or recycle products associated with previous fraudulent or abuse of the claim process.
  • TITAN is not responsible for lost or stolen product that has been denied and returned to the customer.

Our Policy for Product Exchanges and Refunds

  • Items should be returned unused, and with all titan22.com and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
  • Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
  • Please email sales@titan22.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without titan22.com tags.
  • All items returned should have a sales invoice to ease the process. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
  • All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on titan22.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
  • Defective or damaged items will be replaced by titan22.com without any further cost to the buyer. titan22.com will evaluate each case to certify that the items in question are truly defective.
  • Items that were bought on Sale cannot be returned nor exchanged.

Can I exchange an item for a different item?

Items may be exchanged within seven days of the receipt of the item with other items for sale in titan22.com. The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the buyer.

Can I return items bought on Sale?

Unfortunately, items bought on Sale cannot be returned nor exchanged.

When will I receive a refund for returned items?

You will be refunded 1 to 2 weeks from the time we receive the item being returned. Note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded and the shipping fee for the item to be returned will be shouldered by the buyer. Furthermore, a restocking fee of 20% of the item's value will be charged to the buyer.

Can I return Titan22.com Gift Cards?

Unfortunately, Gift Cards cannot be returned nor converted to cash.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The shipping time for your order depends on your shipping address and the items your ordered. Generally, if your shipping location is within Metro Manila it will arrive within 1-2 days and for provincial orders, 3-5 days. For orders outside the Philippines, this usually takes 1 week upon release from our warehouse.

How do I track my order?

We will be providing you with a tracking number once your order is shipped. you can use this number to track your order via the courier's website.

Can I send my item as a gift?

Yes, you can send your item as a gift, just indicate this in our Comments section during the Check Out process.

What is the difference between the Actual Weight and Volumetric Weight in the Shipping Options section?

Actual Weight is the real weight of the product, it is the weight that appears when the product is placed on a weighing scale.

Volumetric Weight is the weight of the product with it's dimensions considered in a certain calculation. So a certain product may be very light to carry but is a bit bulky, or a certain product may be very small but is very heavy.

The Actual Weight and the Volumetric Weight is used to calculate the cost of shipping. The higher value of the two is taken and is used in the shipping calculation.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Titan22.com offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for shipments from our designer suppliers. Consequently you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once designer stock has been delivered to Titan22.com. Titan22.com will only take Advance Purchase orders for stock that has been scheduled for delivery by a designer/supplier. Your rights regarding Advance Purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at Titan22.com. Alternatively, you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of the selected merchandise not held in stock.

Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy Advance Payment orders and customers making Advance Payments will receive items in priority to customers on the Waiting List or customers ordering through the Site for immediate delivery. Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected Advance Payment merchandise due to production problems or quality check issues identified when we receive an order into stock. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the Advance Payment to your credit card within thirty days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable.

If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our Site, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site. Please note that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during this period.

Please note that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

LIMITED RELEASES/QUICK STRIKE ITEMS

For some products especially in demand and limited releases. We will implement the following rules to give everyone a chance to buy.

  • One pair per IP address per customer only. Please purchase for your own consumption only.
  • First come, first served policy (this will be based on the timestamp of your order).
  • A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours about your size and shoe allocation. This email will have a message like "Thank you for your order, we have allocated a size X for you."
  • All orders confirmed will be shipped out on the next Business day.
  • All paid orders that was canceled due to size allocation will be processed for refund on the next Business day.
  • All bank deposit payments will have until the next Business day to pay before we allocate this to the next customer.
  • A verification might be conducted by Titan Online Team, for credit card and paypal payments.

PRICING POLICY

Prices shown on the Site are in PHP or USD and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The PHP or USD price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error.

Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.

Customers purchasing from titan22.com will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly by the courier like DHL, FEDEX, AIR21 or an import broker appointed by you, We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in PHP or USD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and titan22.com will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in the Philippines where our operation center is located and the language of the contract is English.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, and Maestro debit cards and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by titan22.com. GIFT CARDS

Titan22.com Printed and Virtual Gift Cards are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
  • Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on the titan22.com INTL site.
  • Gift Cards are non transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
  • If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account and will be redeemed against subsequent orders. You may check your Gift Card balance online via your My Account page.
  • If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid by credit or debit card, unless you have existing Store Credit on your account, in which case the Store Credit will be redeemed for the remaining balance of your order. If the remaining balance exceeds the value of your Store Credit as well, you must pay the remaining balance by credit or debit card.
  • If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account as store credit and will be redeemed against subsequent orders. You may check your Store Credit balance online via your My Account page.
  • Virtual Gift Cards will be e-mailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken. A copy will also be sent to the sender as confirmation of dispatch.

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY

Titan22.com insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by titan22.com and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

  • Footwear that DOES NOT pass TITAN's inspection process will either be returned with an explanation, or donated to Nike's Reuse-A-Shoe program (determined by the consumer when the claim is set up). For the safety of our employees, original shipping boxes and other packaging materials will be recycled and not reused on returned products.
  • Denied product that is returned back to TITAN under a new product claim will be recycled without compensation.
  • If a Store Credit is issued, the returned items will be recycled.
  • Store Credit may be redeemed through Titan22.com only.
  • Store Credit are nontransferable and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Store Credit cannot be used to purchase TITAN Gift Cards.
  • Store Credit value will equal TITAN's suggested retail price of the item returned.
  • Upon Store Credit redemption, the order total includes the price of the product(s), any applicable sales tax, and shipping charges. If the order total exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid for by cash or credit card or any online payment gateway.
  • TITAN reserves the right to suspend or cancel any issued Store Credit vouchers that are associated with a violation of its policies. TITAN reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review vouchers and orders for suspected fraud, or for vouchers mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination. WEB STORE GUIDELINES FOR PRODUCT EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

  • Any product returned for exchange or for refund must have been purchased from Titan22.com Web Store.
  • Items may be exchanged within seven days from the time that you have received the item.
  • Items may be exchanged with other items for sale in Titan22.com.
  • The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the buyer.
  • We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our operations center. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.
  • A dated sales invoice must be returned with the product.
